Fakhar Zaman, the opener of the national team, will not be a part of the playing XI for the match against Afghanistan in the ICC World Cup.
Media reports are claiming that opener Fakhar Zaman has not been able to fully recover from the knee injury due to which the chances of his participation in the match against Afghanistan are slim.
Opener Fakhar Zaman is continuing his rehab from a knee injury and the team management expects him to be fit before the crucial match against South Africa.

On the other hand, the players suffering from viral fever and cold during the Australia match have also recovered.
It should be noted that the national team will play the fifth match in the event tomorrow against Afghanistan.
